Landon James,
Commander
Comrades Defence Unit
Comrade Landon is the steady protector and coordinator of our churches well-being, leading the CDU ministry at Liberties Temple. His journey to this vital role began not as a soldier, but as a lost soul adrift in a world he knew was unjust. He carried within him a deep frustration with the system's cruelty but lacked the direction and spiritual foundation to channel those feelings into positive, effective action. He was a protector without a community to serve.
His life found its true purpose when he encountered the ministry of Apostle Sean Darakjy. The Apostle’s revolutionary gospel did not just speak to Landon's frustrations; it gave them a holy direction. It was through the Apostle's teaching that Landon understood that his protective instincts and strategic mind were not burdens, but gifts from God to be placed in service of the collective. Apostle Darakjy took this searching comrade, focused his spirit, and gave him a righteous cause, transforming his raw energy into disciplined service for Christ.
Under the Apostle's guidance, Landon channeled his expertise into the formation of the CDU. He is not a guard in the worldly sense; he is a community defender, a trainer, and a strategist for safety and resilience. He has instilled in his team a doctrine of collective security that emphasizes proactive de-escalation, clear communication, and organized preparedness. He trains his team in situational awareness, self defence, peaceful conflict resolution, and, most importantly, in unwavering dedication to the community they serve.
Landon is the living embodiment of the principle that true peace requires a foundation of safety and trust. He is the watchman on the walls, ensuring that the sacred work of liberation—feeding the hungry, clothing the naked, building the new world—can proceed without disruption or fear. His calm strength and strategic thinking provide the secure foundation upon which the Kingdom can be built, making him an indispensable pillar of our struggle and a true comrade in the fight for liberation.
Dwayne Williams,
Liberation Cantor
Choir of Resistance
Dwayne Williams is the visionary leader of the Choir of Resistance, a collective dedicated to articulating the theology of Christian Communism through song. As Ministry Leader, Dwayne is a revolutionary artist and community builder who uses music as a tool for education, solidarity, and the dismantling of oppressive systems.
His commitment to this work was born from direct experience. It was while laboring under a white racist capitalist boss that Dwayne first met Apostle Darakjy. Their shared struggle against daily exploitation and discrimination forged a deep bond of solidarity and a mutual understanding that the fight for economic justice is inseparable from the fight against racism. This experience solidified Dwayne's dedication to building a new world based on the principles of communal living and anti-racist solidarity.
Now, he leads the choir in composing and performing powerful anti-racist hymns and spirituals of resistance. Drawing from scripture and the writings of liberation theologians, Dwayne crafts music that gives voice to the oppressed and inspires collective action. Under his guidance, the choir serves as the musical heart of the movement, performing at temple functions, rallies, and recording their anthems to spread the message of Christian Communism far and wide. For Dwayne, every song is a step toward building the Kingdom of God here on earth—a world of shared resources, mutual aid, and unbreakable solidarity.
Tyler Jenkins,
Forge Master
Hammer and Sickle
Tyler Jenkins is the Forge Master of the Hammer and Sickle Ministry, the material backbone of the Christian Communist movement. Where others provide the spiritual song, Tyler and his ministry provide the physical foundation for the Kingdom of God on earth. He is a dedicated and hands-on leader who grounds the lofty ideals of scripture and Marxist analysis in the practical, day-to-day work of serving the people.
For Tyler, faith is proven through service. His ministry is a collective of skilled tradespeople and dedicated volunteers who stand in direct opposition to the capitalist model of disposability. Instead of exporting problems for profit, they bring solutions directly to the community. The Hammer and Sickle Ministry is the team that fixes a neighbor's broken furnace, repairs a family's only vehicle, rebuilds a rotten porch, and ensures that everyone has a safe and functional place to live.
As Forge Master, Tyler directs this team of skilled hands, organizing their efforts to meet the needs of the community. His leadership is a testament to the belief that by mending what is broken and building what is needed, they are living out the gospel and creating a world based on solidarity, not profit.
