At the same time, much of the Bible contains errors, contradictions, passages that reflect misogyny, hatred, animal sacrifice, genocide, slavery, and many other disturbing, immoral elements. We believe it is still possible to find God within the Scriptures, but doing so requires careful discernment and thoughtful interpretation.
